B cell assays
B cells are important in adaptive immune response and utilisation of activated B cells as drug targets is increasing in immunotherapies. At BioMedha, we have on-site blood donor panel and collect whole blood from consented healthy donors on the day of experimental setup. We have established several B cell activation assays using both fresh and cryopreserved human primary B cells.

Figure-1: Cell marker expression levels on B cells. Stimulation with PBS, ODN2006 (1uM), α-IgM (50 ug/ml), and combination of ODN2006 + α-IgM. Cells treated with compounds for 24 hrs.
