xCT antiporter assays

xCT (SLC7A11) is a cystine/glutamate antiporter which promotes cystine uptake, glutamate release, and glutathione synthesis. In cancer cells and cancer associated immune cells, SLC7A11 is associated with redox homeostasis, metastasis, metabolism, proliferation, invasion, immune function, and drug resistance.
